Green Crescent, LLC was founded on the belief that health care should be thoughtful, personalized, and focused on supporting the whole person. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, our philosophy centers on understanding each individual’s health history, lifestyle, and goals in order to develop wellness strategies tailored to their unique needs.

The practice is led by Brittany, a registered nurse and native Brevard County resident with over 15 years of clinical experience caring for patients across a variety of healthcare settings.  Brittany holds national nursing certifications in critical care and post anesthesia care. Throughout her career, Brittany developed a deep appreciation for the importance of prevention, education, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing underlying factors that may impact long-term health and well-being.

Her passion for integrative health grew from seeing how many individuals struggle with fatigue, nutrient imbalances, recovery challenges, autoimmune disorders and other concerns that often fall outside the traditional healthcare model. Green Crescent was created to provide a supportive environment where clients can explore evidence-informed wellness therapies with medical oversight designed to help optimize overall health, energy, and quality of life.

Brittany combines her clinical experience with a personalized approach to care, offering services such as wellness consultations, IV nutrient therapy, peptide therapy, and targeted wellness strategies guided by individual needs.

At Green Crescent the goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health journey. 

Green Crescent operates as a wellness clinic and does not replace primary medical care. Clients are encouraged to maintain ongoing relationships with their healthcare providers.
